Taking Sides

Our political spectrum is usually shown and discussed as a straight line. Anarchy on the left, totalitarianism on the right. A few wise souls identify it as a circle, where communism and fascism meet and melt into one at the bottom. It probably looks more like an orb, where oppression and self-will blur together, police suppression competes with gang violence, and all desires conflict somewhere in the middle of the ball.

Those things all take place below the very top. At the very bottom center of the ball lie incessant demands, ruthless control, and harsh restraint. At the top of the ball is perfect liberty. The Apostle Paul realized that, “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. John added, “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

If you personally disapprove of violence, you may try to avoid it, legislate against it, become defensively and dangerously good at it, violently suppress it, morally stand up to it, hide from it, move away from it, or participate in it. Collectively, your ambitions may differ. For instance, several anti-gun political leaders carry guns and hire armed guards and build walls. Others, similarly working hard every day to spend vast amounts of federal resources, abhor the destruction of their cities. They prefer it over federal help from Donald Trump, however.

That leads to border protections and restricting foreigners to include valued and valuable members of society. With the same idea as the violence, Clinton, Obama, the Bushes, leaders of the House and Senate of both major Parties, and pundits of the past 40 years have all decried the waves of alien criminals and unwanted riffraff rushing through our borders. However, they would much rather import gang members, violent felons, lethal drugs, sex workers, and slovenly no accounts than honor what Trump finally (and quickly) accomplished.

Old school Republicans are mute about it, but the Democrat Party has boldly announced it favors violence in our cities, murder, rape, hundreds of billions of dollars in lost revenue and various forms of welfare payments to lawbreakers, the suppression of the laws of our country, and overt hatred over the administration of Donald Trump.

Of course, many elected Republicans want the same thing, suppressed only by their concern that their Party lowlifes will stop electing them. A few, especially Mitch and Mitt and their comrades, are comfortably embedded where nobody will touch their Uniparty stances. After all, they may be 100% for the destruction of the Western World and suppression of the minions like you or me, but they are Republicans, and that alone keeps them popular in States like Kentucky and Utah where a Democrats would lose to Chuck Schumer or Nancy Pelosi if they ran there as Republican.

That’s how we got, and continue getting, closer to the universal goal of America Last: China, Venezuela, South Africa, Sudan, North Korea, etc., are such lovely, peaceful, productive nations suffering from Trump’s oppression and hatred. We should all live like Syrians and Somalians, wallowing in the joy of our repressed subsistence, terrified of our factions, and driven by savagery.

After all, America is the worst, a dictatorship under the most dangerous despot in the world. That reflects what the bad guys all think. Call them “redcoats.”

So, what do I mean by taking sides? Specifically, I mean returning. We went through it once. All we have left to do is repeat ourselves. We have no need for a new nation, just a restored Constitutional Government. The first step is to recognize we are powerless over the Uniparty in government and the press, and that they have made our lives unmanageable.

     "WHEN in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.

Such has been the patient Sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the Necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government."
